About Me

I am a Somatic and Trauma Therapist working internationally with people coming from a diverse background.

My practice is integrative and has a holistic, body-oriented approach to any type of trauma recovery (emotional, physical, mental, etc.). I bring together elements and tools from Somatic Experiencing (a methodology that targets trauma and works with the nervous system through the body), EFT (emotional freedom techniques – the tapping method), Yoga Therapy and psychosomatics.

My approach is based a lot on the regulation of the nervous system, because this is responsible for our emotions, sensations, behaviours and thoughts, and therefore running our relationships and personal story.

I work very trauma-informed and in a gentle way. I am experienced working with (amongst other things): developmental trauma, attack trauma, accident trauma, perinatal trauma. People I work with may have been diagnosed with ADHD/ADD, depression, post traumatic stress disorder or complex post traumatic stress disorder. Or they may have chronic diseases, autoimmune diseases or medically unexplained symptoms.
